Account Removal
Choose your preferred method to remove your FaceHarmony account.
In-App Removal
If you have access to your account, follow these steps:
- Go to Settings tab
- Navigate to Account Details
- Scroll to "Danger Zone"
- Click "Delete Account"
Important:
- Account deletion is immediate and irreversible
- Your account will be marked for removal instantly
- Login access will be disabled immediately
- All data will be automatically deleted after 30 days
- Email hash may be retained for promotional integrity
Request by Email
If you don't have access to the app, send us an email from your registered account email address requesting account deletion. We will process your request manually.
